The Empowered Woman® Leadership Program is corporate group coaching program designed to empower female leaders as they develop a deep understanding of the unique value they bring personally and professionally to their roles, teams, careers and your organisation.

It builds confidence, understanding of their own capability and motivation.

Moving through the 6 module program they develop their mindset, emotional intelligence, resilience, impact, visibility and own style of leadership. One rooted in authenticity, genuine self confidence and alignment of their own personal values with that of the organisation they are stepping up to lead.

Leadership isn’t just a role, it’s an identity and mindset cultivated by owning and knowing the value you bring to the table.

The Empowered Woman® Leadership Program is a 6 module program for female leaders and managers.
It is run over 6 weeks, 6 months either in person or online, or held off-site as a bespoke 2 day retreat.
